Non-submission Shall Be A Ground For Rejection Of The Quotation. 9. Any Alteration Or Erasure Must Be Initialed By The Person Who Signs The Quotation. 10. Liquidated Damages Equivalent To One Tenth Of One Percent (0.001%) Of The Value Of The Goods Not Delivered Within The Prescribed Delivery Period Shall Be Imposed Per Day Of Delay. 11.
