Ocenco, Inc. Is The Holder Of The 42 Cfr, Part 84, Subpart H Approval For Their 60-minute Ocenco Eba 6.5 And M20 Scsr Unit And The 42 Cfr, Part 84, Subpart O Approval Holder For The 10- Minute Ocenco M20.3 Scsr Unit And The 60-minute Ocenco Eba75 Unit And Is The Only Supplier. This Contract Action Is For Supplies Or Services For Which The Government Intends To Solicit And Negotiate With Only One Source Under The Authority Of Far 13.106-1(b) (sap) And 10 U.s.c. 2304(c)(1).
