The Purpose Of This Acquisition Is To Assist The Niosh Research Team In Recruiting Nail Salons And Nail Technicians Located In The Mid-atlantic Region (philadelphia/eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, And New Jersey) As Participants In The Exposure Assessment And Aiding In Communication. we Propose To Contract With The Center For Empowered Politics Education Fund (cepef) Who Is The Fiscal Sponsor Of Vietlead, A Community-based Organization Representing The Vietnamese And Southeast Asian Populations In Philadelphia And New Jersey. Vietlead Is Uniquely Positioned To Assist As A Community Partner In This Study. this Contract Action Is For Supplies Or Services For Which The Government Intends To Solicit And Negotiate With Only One Source Under The Authority Of Far 13.106-1(b) (sap) And 10 U.s.c. 2304(c)(1).
