Description Invitation To Bid For The Provision Of Security Services At The Ports Of Cebu The Cebu Port Authority, Through The Cpa Corporate Budget For The Year 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty-six Million Three Hundred Sixty-four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-seven Pesos & Seventy Centavos (php 126,364,977.70) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Provision Of Security Services At The Ports Of Cebu With Cpa Project Identification No. 2024-22-go. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Cebu Port Authority Now Invites Bids For Provision Of Security Services At The Ports Of Cebu. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 15 Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp) From The Authority And The Duration Of The Contract Is One (1) Year Renewable Every Year For A Maximum Of Three (3) Years. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
