Description Invitation To Bid For The Provision Of K9 Services 1. The Cebu Port Authority, Through The Cpa Corporate Budget For The Year 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-one Million Four Hundred Sixty-four Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-four Pesos & 72/100 (php 21,464,394.72) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Provision Of K9 Services With Cpa Project Identification No. 2024-31-go. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Cebu Port Authority Now Invites Bids For Provision Of K9 Services. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp) From The Authority And The Duration Of The Contract Is One (1) Year Renewable Every Year For A Maximum Of Three (3) Years. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
