Description Invitation To Bid For The Provision Of Ten (10) Sets Solar Powered Navigational Buoy Markers (atons) At Hagnaya Channel, San Remegio, Cebu The Cebu Port Authority, Through The 2024 Cpa Corporate Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Nine Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Nineteen Pesos And 40/100 (php 8,988,819.40) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For “provision Of Ten (10) Sets Solar Powered Navigational Buoy Markers (atons) At Hagnaya Channel, San Remegio, Cebu With Cpa Project Id No. 2024-07-in (co). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Cebu Port Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project With The Work Items Given Below. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 1. Mobilization And Demobilization 2. Supply And Delivery Of Navigational Buoys Complete With Accessories Including Solar Marine Lantern Assembly 3. Fabrication Of 5-tonner Concrete Sinker Including Alloy Steel Chain And Complete Accessories 4. Offshore Installation Of Navigational Buoys At Designated Site, Testing And Commissioning (buoys With Lantern, Mooring Chain And Sinker), Leveling Of Seabed Base Including Removal Of Seven (7) Existing Damaged Marker Buoys 5. Safety, Security, Health And Environmental Compliance Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. To 5:00 P.m. Monday To Friday.
