The Cebu Port Authority, Through The 2024 Cpa Corporate Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Four Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-five Pesos And 80/100 (php 8,495,885.80) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Passenger Terminal Building (open-type) At Port Of Maya, Daanbantayan, Cebu With Cpa Project Id No. 2024-27-in (co). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Cebu Port Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project With The Work Items Given Below. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
