The Cebu Port Authority, Through The 2024 Cpa Corporate Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty-nine Million Three Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand Five Pesos And 87/100 (php 39,389,005.87) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Provision Of Floating Pontoons With Concrete Walkway For Fast Craft Vessels At Port Of Punta Engaño, Lapu-lapu City, Port Of Sta. Rosa, Olango Island, Cebu And Berth 33, Cebu Baseport With Cpa Project Id No. 2024-28-in(co). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Cebu Port Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project With The Work Items Given Below. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 180 Calendar Days. Supply And Delivery To Site Of 300mmø X 12m Length X 10mm Thick Cylindrical Steel Pipe Piles Including Factory Applied Protegol-ut (anti-rust) Coating Treatment Xv. Supply And Installation Of Reinforcing Bars Including Concrete Pouring Of Piles And Curing Xvi. Driving Of Cylindrical Steel Spiral Piles For Mooring Of Pontoon Xvii. Application And Processing Of Certificate Of Ownership And Certificate Of Philippine Registry And Other Necessary Documentary Requirements From Marina For The Floating Pontoons Xviii Safety, Security, Health And Environmental Compliance 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
