Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Construction Of Main And Exit Gates With Guard House For Cnu Balamban Campus No. 24-06-153 1. The Cebu Normal University, Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Pesos (₽ 4,000,000.00) For The Procurement Of Construction Of Main And Exit Gates With Guard House For Cnu Balamban Campus With Bid No. 24-06-153. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Cebu Normal University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of Works Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty-five (125) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
