Item / Service Type And Nature Of Each Item/service Cost Per Item Or Service Maximum Quantity Total Cost Per Item Test Development For Undergraduate Studies ₱ 650,000.00 1 ₱ 650,000.00 Test Development For Graduate Studies ₱ 250,000.00 1 ₱ 250,000.00 Test Development For Diploma In Professional Education ₱ 150,000.00 1 ₱ 150,000.00 Test Development For Grade 7 ₱ 350,000.00 1 ₱ 350,000.00 ₱ 1,400,000.00 Delivery Of The Goods Is Required At The Time And Date Specified In The Call-off, Which May Be To Single Or Multiple Destinations Or Multiple Performances At Multiple Locations. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
