The Cebu Normal University, Through The Mutual Trust Fund – Landbank Of The Philippines (mtf-lbp) 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Ninety-siz Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php296,500.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Drum And Bugle Corps, Led Wall And Sounds Rental For The Regional Scuaa 2025 With Bid No. 24-12-371. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Cebu Normal University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
