Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Motor Vehicles For Cebu Normal University (re-bid) 1.the Cebu Normal University, Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Pesos (₽ 10,000,000.00) For The Procurement Of Motor Vehicles For Cebu Normal University With Bid No. 23-12-940: Lot 1 – Supply And Delivery Of Two (2) Units Of Brand-new Motor Vehicle Pick-up Type 4x2 Drive Train (abc - ₽ 4,000,000.00); Lot 2 – Supply And Delivery Of Three (3) Units Of Brand-new Motor Vehicle Van Passenger Type (abc - ₽ 6,000,000.00). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Cebu Normal University Now Invites Bids For The Following Items Of The Above Procurement Of Motor Vehicles For Cebu Normal University Project: Lot No. Quantity Item Description Abc (in Pesos) 1 2 Units Supply And Delivery Of Two (2) Units Of Brand-new Motor Vehicle Pick-up Type 4x2 Drive Train 4,000,000.00 2 3 Units Supply And Delivery Of Three (3) Units Of Brand-new Motor Vehicle Van Passenger Type 6,000,000.00 T O T A L 10,000,000.00 Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. The Contractor/bidder Must Have At Least Twenty (20) Years Of Continuous Existence In The Philippine Market And Must Have Existing Service Centers Within Central Visayas Region 4.
