Description Invitation To Bid For One Lot Procurement For Delivery Of Supply, Materials And Labor For The Construction Of Science Laboratory At Cnu-balamban Campus With Bid No. 24-06-145 1. The Cebu Normal University, Through The Miscellaneous Trust Fund – Land Bank Of The Philippines (mtf-lbp) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (php1,700,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For One Lot Procurement For Delivery Of Supply, Materials And Labor For The Proposed Science Laboratory At Cnu – Balamban Campus With Bid No. 24-06-145. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Cebu Normal University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
