The Cebu Normal University, Through The General Appropriations Act 2024, Special Trust Fund And Mutual Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Nine Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₽ 4,988,500.00) For The Rebidding Of Procurement Of Fullboard Meals, Accommodation And Venue Rentals With Bid No. 24-04-091. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
