Free Service Maintenance Of The Machine Including The Toner And Spare Parts The Technical Support (response To Call Is Within 48 Hours) Supplier Must Provide A Good Working Condition Copier Machine With Free Delivery Of Service Unit Free Full Replacement Of Service Unit Within 72 Hours In Case Of Prolonged Repairs Service Response Time: Within 30 Mins From Call Maximum Resolution Time: Within 24 Hours Provision Of Service Unit: Within 72 Hours Delivery Of Unit The Service Provider Shall Deliver Two (2) Units Of Monochrome Multifunction Photocopier Machine Within Thirty (30) Days Upon Receipt Of Contract Proposed Rental System:  Monthly Machine Rental For A Period Of 12 Months; 10,000 Guaranteed Copy/print Volume Requirements Per Month (10,000.00 Per Unit);  The Rental Rate Shall Be On A Per Copy Basis With A Minimum 10,000 Copies Per Month.
