Doordat Het Professionaliseren Van De Inkoopfunctie Omvangrijk En Belangrijk  Is Geworden Hebben De Deelnemers Van Het Isnv Besloten Om Op Het Gebied Van Inkoop Samen Te Gaan Werken. Door Het Bundelen Van hoeveelheden En Het Delen Van Kennis En Kosten Ontstaan Inkoopvoordelen Binnen Deze Samenwerking. De Volgende Deelnemers Isnv Nemen Deel Aan Deze Aanbesteding: De Gemeenten Ermelo, Harderwijk, Zeewolde En De Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Meerinzicht. De Gemeenten Putten, Nunspeet En Elburg Behouden Zich Het Recht Voor Om Tijdens De Looptijd Van De Das Toe Te Treden. Met Het Das Willen De Deelnemende Gemeenten Binnen Isnv Op Bepaalde Momenten Deskundigheid Op Een Flexibele Manier Kunnen Aantrekken En Daarbij De Aanbestedingsregels Respecteren.
