The Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, Through The Corporate Budget For The Contract Of 2024 Approved By The Governing Board (stf/co), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Six Hundred Thousand (php 7,600,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Design And Build For The Enhancement Of Electrical Power System At Binalbagan Campus.
