This Request For Proposals (“rfp”) Is An Invitation To Prospective, Qualified Enterprise Organizations (the “respondents”) To Submit Proposals To Provide Online Program Management Services (opm) Related To The Launch And Management Of New Online Academic Programs (number To Be Determined) For The University’s Faculty Of Public Affairs And The Faculty Of Science, Hereafter Referred To As The “services.” Carleton University Seeks A Strategic Partner Who Has The Breadth Of Expertise To Support Rich Learning Experiences Through The Development And Expansion Of Online Education. While Not All Online Programs At The Two Faculties May Be Suitable For Opm Services, The University Is Seeking A Primary Partner To Deliver Services, At Its Discretion.
