Delivery Terms Of Delivery: 30 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed Delivery Schedule: 1st Delivery: 50% Of The Items And 2nd Delivery : The Remaining 50% Upon Demand Of The End-user Through A Purchase Order Terms Of Payment. Payment Shall Be Made Upon Complete Delivery . Necessary Documents Are Required In Compliance With Auditing Rules And Regulations. This Procurement Is A Lot Bid Validity Of The Contract Without Prejudice To The Provision Of Applicable Laws, Rules And Guidelines, The Contract Shall Be Automatically Terminated Under The Following Conditions: A. When The Total Quantity Specified In The Contract Has Been Exhausted; Or B. For Any Justifiable Reason Ground Where The Contract Will Not Redound To The Benefit Of The Government Or There Is Violation Of The Contract. Repeat Order: 1. No Repeat Order For An Item In Contract Being Awarded Shall Be Allowed Until After The Procuring Entity Has Exhausted The Estimated Quantity For The Same Item Specified Therein Or After The Contract Has Expired, Whichever Comes First, And Subject To The Conditions Provided In Section 51 Of Ra 9184 And Its Irr. For This Purpose, The Repeat Order Shall Be Availed Of Only Within Six (6) Months From The Date Of The Last Of Final Delivery Order Contract For A Specific Item Where The Estimated Quantity Has Been Exhausted, Or The Expiration Of The Contract. 2.
