The Capiz State University, Through The Internally Generated Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Lot 1 – It And Communication Equipment Of Capsu Mambusao (php 899,000.00) (igf – 2024) Lot 2 – It And Communication Equipment Of Capsu Pilar (php 731,270.00) (igf – 2024) Lot 3 – It And Communication Equipment Of Capsu Dumarao (php 422,420.00) (igf – 2024) Lot 4 – It And Communication Equipment Of Capsu Burias (php 338,400.00) (igf – 2024) Lot 5 – It And Communication Equipment Of Capsu Dayao (php 257,000.00) (igf – 2024) Lot 6 – It And Communication Equipment Of Capsu Dumarao (php 374,000.00) (igf – 2024) Total: Php 3,022,090.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of It And Communication Equipment Of Capsu Mambusao, Pilar, Dumarao, Burias And Dayao. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Capiz State University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
