Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Online Database, Magazines, And Newspapers Subscription Of Capsu Pontevedra Campus Ib No. 2024-10-0057 1. The Capiz State University, Through The Trust Receipt Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Lot 1 – Online Database Subscription For One (1) Year (php 1,300,000.00) (trf – 2024) Lot 2 – Online Database (electronic Journals Package) Magazines, And Newspapers Subscription (php 570,000.00) (trf - 2024) Total: Php 1,870,000.00 Note: • Submission Of Documents Is By Lot. 1 Original Copy And 2 Certified Copies Each Lot. Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Online Database, Magazines, And Newspaper Subscription Of Capsu Pontevedra Campus. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Capiz State University Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days For Lot 1 And Lot 2. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
