Bid Security / Earnest Money Shall Also Be Accompanied With The Request In The Shape Of Deposit At Call (cdr) Clearly Indicating The Name Of Firm Issued By Local Scheduled Bank In Favour Of Ddo (procurement & Contract), Cda And Should Be Generated Only From Firm?s Account. The Bidder Should Follow / Observe Following Instructions For Submission Of Tender / Bidding Documents Otherwise Bids Will Liable For Non-responsive. I. Bidders Should Attach Technical Evaluation Performa On The Face Of Technical Proposal Protected With Binder Duly Page Marked & Flagged In Accordance With The Evaluation Performa Issued To Firm Along With Bidding Document Enclosed In Separate Envelope Indicating Name Of Work And Name Of Firm. Ii. Bidder Should Enclose Financial Bid In Separate Envelope Indicating Name Of Work And Name Of Firm. Iii. Bidders Should Enclose Both Technical And Financial Proposals In Outer Single Envelope For Project Clearly Indicating Name Of Work And Name Of Firm On The Front Of Envelope. 5. In Case The Total Bid Amount Is Less Than 10% Below The Nit Amount, The Bidder Shall Enclose Call Deposit (cdr) In Original With Financial Bid As Performance Security Equal To The Difference Between Nit Amount And Total Quoted Amount Less 10% Of Nit Amount. That Is, Required Performance Security = Nit Amount (-) Total Bid Amount (-) 10% Of Nit Amount. This Call Deposit Shall Be In Addition To The Bid Security / Earnest Money For The Work. Bids Having Rates Below The 10% Of The Nit Cost Not Carrying The Call Deposit (cdr) Shall Be Rejected And Performance Security Of The Successful Bidder Shall Be Released After Completion Of The Project. Additional Call Deposit Will Be Released After Receiving Enhanced Performance Security And Signing Of Contract Agreement By The Successful Bidder. 6. Interested Firm/jvs/consortium Can Download The Bidding Document From E-pads Www.eprocure.gov.pk And Www.ppra.org.pk From September 05, 2024 Till September 30, 2024. 7. The Prospective Bidders Are Also Required To Submit An Undertaking On Stamp Paper Duly Attested By Notary Public Worth Not Less Than Rs. 500/-, That The Firm/contractor Are Neither Involve In Any Litigations Nor Blacks Listed By Any Government, Semi-government Or Autonomous Body In Pakistan And Also Undertakes That If Any Information Or Document Provided By Firm For Issuance Of Tender Documents Is Found Incorrect Or Fictitious The Firm Is Liable For Disqualification And Legal Action Under The Law. Without The Undertaking Tender Will Not Be Issued To Firm. 8. Cda May Reject All Bids Or Proposals At Any Time Prior To The Acceptance Of Bid Or Proposal And Conditional Bids Will Also Be Rejected At The Spot Without Any Notice As Per Ppra Rules. 9. The Bid Security / Earnest Money Of Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Retained /deposited In Cda Bank Account And Released In The Favour Of Firms Account Only After Acceptance Of Bid. 10.
