The Camiguin Polytechnic State College, Through The General Appropriation Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Million Pesos With Invitation To Bid No. Itb-2023-04 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For 2023-04 Construction Of Three-storey Engineering Building Phase Iii. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Camiguin Polytechnic State College Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Rebidding Project. Delivery Of The Good Is Required Within Three Hundred (300) Days From The Receipt Of Notice-to-proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three Hundred (300) From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
