Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Preparatory Works And Materials For Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Elevators At Ceza Corporate Center And Ceza Commercial Center (ceza_cw_05-01-2024) 1. The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (ceza), Through The Corporate Operating Budget Of Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand Forty-six Pesos And Ninety-six Centavos (₱1,277,046.96) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Preparatory Works And Materials For Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Elevators At Ceza Corporate Center And Ceza Commercial Center (ceza_cw_05-01-2024). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Ceza Bids And Awards Committee (ceza Bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Forty-five (45) Calendar Days After The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidders Must Have A Track Record Of Having Completed A Similar Project Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/ Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 5.
