The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (ceza), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety-one Million One Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Eight Hundred Five Pesos And Twenty-six Centavos (php 191,175,805.26) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Mixed-use/commercial Building (bpo And Commercial Center Building - Building 1 (ceza_cw-09-03-2024). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Ceza Bids And Awards Committee (ceza Bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Three Hundred Sixty-five (365) Calendar Days After The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidders Must Have A Track Record Of Having Completed A Similar Project Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
