Description Invitation To Bid For The Dredging And Reclamation At Port Irene -phase Iii And Phase Iv Ceza_cw_09-02-2024 1. The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (ceza), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2023 And 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Forty-three Million Five Hundred Eight Thousand Pesos (₱743,508,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Dredging And Reclamation At Port Irene - Phase Iii And Phase Iv (ceza_cw_09-02-2024). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Ceza Bids And Awards Committee (ceza Bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Six Hundred (600) Calendar Days After The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidders Must Have A Track Record Of Having Completed A Similar Project Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
