The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (ceza), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Twenty-four Million Four Hundred Twenty-seven Thousand Pesos (₱324,427,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Dredging And Reclamation At Port Irene – Phase V (ceza_cw_11-01-2024). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Ceza Bids And Awards Committee (ceza Bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Four Hundred Twenty (420) Calendar Days After The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidders Must Have A Track Record Of Having Completed A Similar Project Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
