Description Proposed Procurement Of Airconditioning Unit (acu) For The Regional Office Of The Bureau Of The Treasury, Mimaropa Region The Bureau Of The Treasury, Through The General Appropriations Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Two Thousand Pesos Only (₱102,000.00), Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Procurement Of Two Units Of Airconditioning Unit (acu) With The Target Delivery Period Of Not Later Than February 29, 2024. Quotations Received More Than The Total Budget Estimate Shall Be Automatically Rejected. I. Minimum Specification Requirements 1 Unit Of Airconditioning Unit, 2.5 Hp, Inverter, Wall-mounted, Including Installation Cost 1 Unit Of Airconditioning Unit, 1.5 Hp, Inverter, Wall-mounted, Including Installation Cost; Ii. Other Related Expenses Such As Transportation And Delivery And Other Incidental Costs Shall Be Included; Iii. Maintenance And Other Operation Expenses In Excess Of The Allocated Budget For The Contract (abc) Will Be Charged Against The Regular Mooe And Other Budget Allocation Subject For Approval And Availability Of Iv.
