The Bureau Of Soils And Water Management (bswm), Through The General Appropriations Act For Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Ninety-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (php 3,097,920.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Hiring Of Aircraft And Crew For 30-hour Cloud Seeding Operations (csops) Including Supply Of Salt In Region Vi For Cy 2024- Ib No: Bswm 2024-05-042. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bswm Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of Services Is Upon Completion Of 30-hour Flight Plan. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Consecutive Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
