The Bureau Of Soils And Water Management (bswm), Through The General Appropriation Act For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Procurement Of 16 Units Of Mobile Soil Laboratory For Cy 2024- Ib No: Bswm 2024-06-046 In The Amount Of: Lot No. 1 Supply And Delivery Of 4-units Mobile Soil Laboratory In Regional Soils Laboratory For Car, Regions 1, 2 And 3 Abc: Php 172,000,000.00 2 Supply And Delivery Of 4-units Mobile Soil Laboratory In Regional Soils Laboratory For Regions 4a, 4b, 5 And 6 Abc: Php 172,000,000.00 3 Supply And Delivery Of 4-units Mobile Soil Laboratory In Regional Soils Laboratory For Regions 7, 8, 9 And 10 Abc: Php 172,000,000.00 4 Supply And Delivery Of 4-units Mobile Soil Laboratory In Regional Soils Laboratory For Regions 11, 12, 13 And Barmm Abc: Php 172,000,000.00 With A Grand Total Of Six Hundred Eighty-eight Million Pesos (php 688,000,000.00). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bswm Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 150 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 4.
