The Bureau Of Soils And Water Management (bswm), Through The General Appropriation Act For Cy 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Procurement Of 1 Unit Of Mobile Soil Laboratory For Cy 2024- Ib No: Bswm-2024-02-0027 In The Amount Of Forty-three Million Pesos (php 43,000,000.00). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bswm Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 150 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
