The Bureau Of Soils And Water Management (bswm), Through The General Appropriation Act For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Three Hundred Forty-seven Thousand Four Hundred Forty-six Pesos (4,347,446.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Various Office Supplies For Cy 2024- Ib No: Bswm 2024-03-031. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bswm Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
