The Bureau Of Plant Industry (bpi), Through The 156 Central Office Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Seven Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Sixty-two And 20/100 Pesos (php6,795,062.20) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Labor And Materials For The Construction Of Cpmd Laboratory Building (power Supply) With Itb Pr No. 2603-24bac. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bpi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Within The Last Five (5) Years (from Cy 2019 To Present) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Contract Or An Aggregate Of Utmost Three Contracts Similar To The Project To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc.
