The Bureau Of Plant Industry (bpi), Through The Qci-nsqcs-capital Outlay Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty-one Million Pesos (php31,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Labor And Materials On The Construction Of (2) Two-storey Nsqcs Xiii Laboratory Building At Da-ild Compound, Purok 8, Taguibo, Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte With Itb Pr No. 0273-24bac. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bpi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.
