This Project Is Undertaken Through Early Procurement Activities (epa). This Shall Include, But Not Limited To The: 2.1 Rules And Procedures Of The Epa; 2.2 Fixed Price Rule In Procurement; 2.3 Extension Of The Bid Validity And Security; 2.4 Validity Of Requirement Prior To The Award Of The Contract; 2.5 Conditions Of The Award; And 2.6 Date Of Earliest Delivery.
