The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology –rov Through The National Expenditure Program Of Fiscal Year 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-four Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-seven Pesos And Fifty Centavos (php 3,994,687.50) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Various Drugs And Medicines For Pdl For The Second Quarter 2025 With Contract I.d. No: 2025-01-gs5-02. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology –rov Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. This Project Is Undertaken Through Early Procurement Activities (epa). This Shall Include, But Not Limited To The: 2.1 Rules And Procedures Of The Epa; 2.2 Fixed Price Rule In Procurement; 2.3 Extension Of The Bid Validity And Security; 2.4 Validity Of Requirement Prior To The Award Of The Contract; 2.5 Conditions Of The Award; And 2.6 Date Of Earliest Delivery. Delivery Of The Goods Will Be Indicated In The Notice To Proceed (ntp).
