The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology Regional Office Iii (bjmpro-iii), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of The Republic Of The Philippines (ra 10633) Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Four Hundred One Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-four Pesos And 58/100 (p4,401,434.58) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Lot Of Various Drugs And Medicines For The Month Of October 2024 Bjmpro-iii-72-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bjmpro-iii Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Five (5) Days After The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years, From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
