The Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology Regional Office Iii (bjmpro-iii), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Eighty-eight Million Pesos (php 388,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Project: Proposed Completion Of New Bataan District Jail With Contract No. Bjmpro-iii-infra-004-2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bjmpro-iii Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is Not More Than Three Hundred Sixty Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed And Detailed In The Terms Of Reference.
