Description November 11, 2024 Invitation To Bid For P.b. No. 2025-22 (goods) Janitorial And Human Resource Services At The Bureau Of Internal Revenue (national Office) 1. The Bureau Of Internal Revenue – National Office (bir-no), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty Million One Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Two Pesos And 92/100 (php 40,134,942.92) Only, Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For P.b. No. 2025-22 (goods) – Janitorial And Human Resource Services At The Bureau Of Internal Revenue (national Office). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bir-no Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Contract Duration Shall Be From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
