The Bureau Of Internal Revenue – National Office (bir-no), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred Ninety One Pesos (₱ 855,691.00) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For P.b. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bir-no Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Shall Be Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
