Description November 5, 2024 Invitation To Bid For P.b. No. 2025-16 (goods) Subscription Of Dll Internet Access Service – Lot 1 1. The Bureau Of Internal Revenue – National Office (bir-no), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Eight Hundred One Pesos And 60/100 (php 663,801.60) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For P.b. No. 2025-16 (goods) – Subscription Of Dll Internet Access Service – Lot 1. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bir-no Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Contract Duration Shall Be From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 (no Payment Shall Be Made For The Period January 1-31, 2025 – Intended For The One (1) Month Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Operationability. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. Note: A) There Is No Prohibition In Bidding For Both Public Bidding Nos. 2025-16 & 2025-17 But If The Bidder With The Lowest Calculated And Responsive Bid (lcrb) For Lot 1 Is Also The Bidder With The Lcrb For Lot 3, Such Bidder Shall Choose Only One (1) Project. The Second Project Will Be Awarded To The Next Bidder B) If The Contractor Is The Existing Provider, There Will Be No Installation Or Operational Period Required; However, Continuous Operation Must Be Ensured). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
