The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products for 3 years of past experience. 2. Past Performance: The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity - 3 Years Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - MSE certificate (if applicable) - Certificate (as requested in ATC) Additionally, the bidder should upload documentary evidence such as certified Audited Balance Sheets or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant, and copies of relevant contracts to support their eligibility. The bidder should also have a valid Udyam Registration and their credentials should be validated online through the Udyam Registration portal to avail the purchase preference. Another requirement is that the bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, and should not be bankrupt, and an undertaking to this effect should be uploaded with the bid. In case of option clause, the purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25% of the bid quantity.
