Description 1 Lot Preventive Maintenance And General Cleaning Of Aircon: Window Type - 20 Units Wall Mounted - 46 Units Scope Of Work: I. One (1) Semestral General Cleaning Services Which Includes The Following A. Perform General Cleaning Of Condenser And Evaporator. B. Cleaning Of Air-filter Screen And De-clogging C. Cleaning Of Blower Wheel And Fan Blade. D. Cleaning Of All Unit Case/body Or Face Cover. E. Conduct Thorough Inspection Of Electrical Wirings/connections And Mechanical Controls. F. Conduct Flushing Of Drain Pipe For Split And Package Type Aircon. G. Conduct Cleaning Of Drain Pan Of Drainage System. H. Check The Normal Operation Of Motor Compressor And Fan Motor. I. Check All Electrical Controls Which Include Switches And Protective Devices. J. Check Normal Cooling Efficiency. K. Check Current, Voltage, Pressures And Temperatures L. Check Cabinet For Corrosion And Repair, If Required. M. Submit Status Report Of All The Activities Done. Ii. The Preventive Maintenance Includes The Following Minor Repair Services Free Of Charge. A. Filter Drier. B. Required Electrical Lines. C. Freon Charging (including Refrigerant Gas,); If Necessary. D. Other Minor Repair. Iii. Warranty A.
