Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. The Bureau Of Fisheries And Aquatic Resources Regional Office 02 (bfar-ro2) Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Various Fish Feeds As Feed Requirements For Bfar-ro2 Farm Stations. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be On Staggered Basis And After Issuance Of A Call-off Notice. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years (december 2022- December 2024) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar Project With An Amount Of At Least 25% Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
