Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Bureau Of Fisheries And Aquatic Resources Regional Office 02 (bfar-ro2) Now Invites Bidders For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Fishing Gears To Be Awarded As Livelihood Assistance To The Marginal Fisherfolk In The Different Provinces Regionwide For Cy 2025. Delivery Of Goods Is Required To Be Delivered 60 Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years (december 2022 - December 2024) A Similar Project With An Amount Of At Least 50% Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
