The Department Of Agriculture - Bureau Of Fisheries And Aquatic Resources (da-bfar) Regional Office Ix, Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Two Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Five Pesos And Ninety-five Centavos Only Only (₱ 2,299,985.95) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under Bid Reference No. 2025-023 For The “construction Of Sardines Office And Laboratory Building In Mbdff, Fisheries Drive, Mampang, Zamboanga City For Official Use Of The National Stock Assessment Program”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Agriculture - Bureau Of Fisheries And Aquatic Resources (da-bfar) Regional Office Ix Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required In Accordance To Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
