The Department Of Agriculture - Bureau Of Fisheries And Aquatic Resources (da-bfar) Regional Office Ix, Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Fourteen Thousand And Thirty-four Pesos Only (₱1,914,034.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under Bid Reference No. 2025-010 For The “delivery And Installation Of Fish Aggregating Device (payao) For Official Use In The Implementation Of Aquaculture Interventions To Increase Fisheries Production In Zamboanga Peninsula For Cy 2025”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Da-bfar Regional Office Ix Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required In Accordance To Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
