The Bureau of Fire Protection Caraga Regional Office, through the General Appropriation Act CY 2020 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos and 20/100 (Php 7,320,968.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Basilisa Fire Station Building, Basilisa, Dinagat Islands, Caraga Region. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening. 2. The Bureau of Fire Protection Caraga Regional Office now invites bids for the Construction of Basilisa Fire Station Building, Basilisa, Dinagat Islands, Caraga Region. Completion of the project is required for One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act .Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.4.
