The Estimated Volumes Are Included In The Chart Below. this Procurement Is Being Competed As A Full And Open Competition Utilizing North American Industry Classification System Code (naics) 316210, Footwear Manufacturing With The Size Standards Of 1,000 Employees. . the Master Bpa Does Not Obligate Any Funds. The Government Shall Be Obligated Only To The Extent Of Authorized Orders Utilized Via A Properly Executed Bpa Call. Actual Purchases Will Be Made Via Properly Executed Bpa Calls. All Bpa Calls Will Be Initiated At The Time Of The Ordering Period By A Warranted Contracting Officer Or A Bpa Ordering Authorized Individual. Only A Warranted. contracting Officer Is Authorized To Initiate And Complete A Bpa Delivery Order.
