Description The Bureau Of Customs (boc), Through Its Port Of Zamboanga, Will Undertake Procurement Thru Public Bidding For The Meals And Venue For The Boc-poz Anniversary 2024, In Accordance With The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184. The Details Of The Project Are As Follows: Name Of Project : Meals And Venue (boc-poz Anniversary 2024) Location : Boc Port Of Zamboanga Approved Budget For Contract: Php 85,000.00 (tax Inclusive) Brief Description: 100 Pax Meals And Venue Interested Suppliers Are Required To Submit Their Valid And Current Mayor’s Permit And Philgeps Registration Certificate, And Duly Signed Price Quotation Form (annex “a”). Submission Of Quotation And Eligibility Documents Is On Or Before September 13, 2024, 11:00 A.m. At The Customer, Care Center, Bureau Of Customs, Port Area, Zamboanga City. Award Of Contract Shall Be Made To The Lowest Quotation, Which Complies With The Minimum Description As Stated Above And Other Terms And Conditions Stated In The Price Quotation Form. Any Interlineations, Erasures Or Overwriting Shall Be Valid Only If They Are Signed Or Initialed By The Bidder Or His/her Duly Authorized Representative/s.
